I'm throwing a party today! And you're invited!

I'm a founding member of a non-profit organization called the Matoto Multicultrual Arts Society. We built and fund a school in Guinea (which is on the west coast of the continent of Africa) called the Bountouraby Sylla Community School.

This fall, to celebrate our love for the arts and as a way to continue to fundraise for the school, we've produced a colouring book with artwork by the always AMAZING Tamara Phillips. The colouring books are only $10 and all the proceeds from the sales go directly to the school.

You can get yours here or here, OR you can drop by my studio tonight between 4:30 and 7:30pm for a snack and buy one then! They make great gifts for kids of all ages. Plus, colouring for grown ups has therapeutic properties and is a proven stress reliever! Be sure to bring cash or cheques with you as we unfortunately can't accept credit cards today.

There will be yummy cupcakes from Ooh La La Cupcakes, plus some veggies, crackers, fizzy water, hot apple cider and music.

Time: 4:30-7:30pm

Why: Avoid a trip to the mall by getting yourself some colouring books as gifts, then reward yourself for your awesomeness with a snack and a visit with some totally rad peeps!
